Corn hybrid Kadr 267 MV is a three-line mid-early hybrid with FAO 260, developed by the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Grain Farming and registered in the State Register since 2001. This hybrid is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe zones, confirming its adaptability to various climatic conditions in Ukraine. The plant reaches a height of 220-250 cm, characterized by weak bushiness and high resistance to lodging and stem breakage, ensuring reliability under adverse weather conditions. Up to 16 leaves form on the main stem, and the ear, 21-23 cm long, has a cylindrical shape with a well-developed tip and contains 16 rows of kernels, 36-40 per row.
The hybrid's kernels are yellow, dent-type, with a 1000-kernel weight of 250-260 g. The hybrid exhibits moderate drought, cold, and disease resistance, making it a reliable choice for farmers. The potential grain yield reaches 12.5-13.0 t/ha, while silage yield varies from 45 to 60 t/ha, indicating high productivity for both grain and silage uses.
