Corn hybrid Filmeno is a medium-early simple hybrid with a cream-colored, dent-type kernel and FAO index 280. This variety features strong early growth and high resistance to lodging, ensuring reliability in cultivation. Plant height reaches 280-300 cm, and ear attachment height is 95-100 cm. The ear contains 16-18 rows of kernels, with 34-38 kernels per row, totaling 560 to 630 kernels per ear. The 1000-kernel weight varies from 380 to 420 g, protein content is 9.6%, and starch content is 72.9%.

Filmeno has high productivity potential, especially in dry matter yield, making it optimal for silage use. The hybrid demonstrates extremely high drought and heat tolerance, as well as a wide harvest window due to its pronounced Stay Green effect, which allows plants to retain green mass longer than usual. Recommended seeding rates depend on soil moisture: 85-95 thousand seeds per hectare under optimal conditions, and 70-80 thousand under suboptimal conditions.

Suitable for cultivation in various regions, including western, central, northeastern, and southern areas. Requires medium to high mineral nutrition and is not recommended for monoculture. Filmeno is resistant to diseases such as anthracnose, helminthosporium, stem and ear fusarium, and exhibits tolerance to cold and stem breakage.
