The hybrid corn EV3403 is a high-yielding and drought-resistant variety designed for cultivation in forest-steppe and steppe regions. It features a dent kernel type and is adapted for producing high-quality grain. Due to its low plant height and reduced water requirements, EV3403 demonstrates high drought tolerance and stable yields even under stressful conditions, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climates.

This hybrid is resistant to major corn diseases such as common rust, fusarium, and helminthosporium, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. EV3403 also exhibits high cold tolerance and pest resistance, including resistance to corn borer. The plant reaches an average height of about 240 cm, with an ear attachment height of approximately 95 cm, which promotes good kernel filling and the formation of 18-20 rows per ear.

The recommended planting density varies depending on moisture conditions: 65-75 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture, and 55-60 thousand under limited moisture. The optimal sowing temperature ranges from +10 to +12 °C, and the vegetative period lasts approximately 114-123 days depending on the growing region.
