ES Catamaran is a medium-maturing, simple hybrid corn with a siliceous-toothed kernel type and FAO 230, intended for cultivation in forest-steppe, steppe, and meadow regions. Seeds are supplied in packages of 80,000 units, ensuring ease of sowing and harvest planning. The hybrid is characterized by high winter hardiness and drought resistance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions.

One of the key advantages of ES Catamaran is its high resistance to lodging due to a strong stalk, reducing losses during harvest. Its low stature and low ear attachment further minimize yield losses. The hybrid demonstrates rapid water release, optimizing drying costs and contributing to high-quality yields even under hot conditions. Recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture: 70-75 thousand plants per hectare with sufficient moisture, and 60-65 thousand with limited moisture.

ES Catamaran exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including fusarium of the ear and stem, helminthosporium, and blister and smut diseases, ensuring stable yields and reducing the need for intensive chemical protection. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation on various soil types, including sandy and loamy soils, and is recommended for sowing at optimal times when soil temperature reaches at least +10°C. Seed treatment with Redigo M and Poncho further protects plants during early growth stages.
