ES CIRRIUS

ES Cirrius — this is a medium-early three-line hybrid sugar corn, developed by European breeders to ensure high yields under various climatic conditions. The hybrid is characterized by high yield potential and rapid water release during maturation, making it particularly attractive for farmers in the Polissia and forest-steppe zones. Plants reach a height of about 290 cm, with ear attachment at 125 cm, and the grain is cream-colored with a dent shape, weighing approximately 290 grams per 1000 kernels. The number of rows on the ear ranges from 14 to 16, with 26 kernels per row, contributing to the formation of a dense and high-quality harvest.

The ES Cirrius hybrid exhibits high resistance to various stress factors and diseases. It demonstrates excellent tolerance to root lodging, stem and ear fusarium, helminthosporium, and powdery mildew, significantly reducing the risk of yield losses. Moreover, the corn tolerates drought and cold, expanding its cultivation potential across different regions of Ukraine under intensive farming techniques. High heterosis ensures the hybrid’s adaptability and resilience to soil composition and other adverse conditions.

ES Cirrius is intended for high-quality grain production and is suitable for cultivation in the Polissia and forest-steppe zones.
