Maize EG 7027 X EG 7031

Stable Results: Working with Lidea Corn Hybrids

When selecting seeds for diverse field conditions, the EG 7027 X EG 7031 hybrid from the French brand Lidea often stands out.

Operational Insights and Biology

Working with EG 7027 X EG 7031 is straightforward. Its mid-early maturity allows for flexible harvesting schedules, helping avoid equipment bottlenecks. Importantly, this hybrid doesn't demand exotic agricultural practices; it responds well to standard fertilization rates and typical crop protection schemes.

• Hybrid type: Simple (Single-cross). This ensures excellent crop uniformity, which is crucial for efficient combine harvester settings and reducing grain loss.
• Development Stability: Good grain moisture release significantly reduces post-harvest drying costs.
• French Origin: The breeder (Av Du Capitaine N Tchorere 80270 Airaines) has integrated strong genetic resistance to temperate climate stressors.

Economic Efficiency

For any farm owner, the net yield per hectare is the ultimate metric. EG 7027 X EG 7031 minimizes harvest losses due to its excellent stalk strength and resistance to lodging. Fewer harvest losses mean less downtime for equipment, which directly translates into savings on fuel and machinery maintenance. Management of these crops is standard: phase monitoring and timely treatment.
