DN Atlant is a simple, modified mid-early hybrid sweet corn with FAO 290, registered in the Ukrainian Plant Variety Register since 2021. This hybrid is distinguished by reliable seed production, high drought and heat resistance, as well as good response to improved growing conditions. The plant reaches a height of about 230 cm, does not form bushy growth, and has lodging resistance, contributing to a stable yield.
The ear of DN Atlant is cylindrical, 23-24 cm long, contains 16 rows of kernels with a red cob. The kernels are yellow-orange, dent-shaped, with a 1000-kernel weight of 280-290 g. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major pests and diseases, reducing the risk of yield loss and improving its quality.
The recommended growing region for this hybrid includes the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia. The primary use is for grain production. Thanks to its agronomic characteristics and adaptability to various climatic conditions, DN Atlant is a reliable choice for farmers seeking a stable and high-quality sweet corn yield.
