Maize Clariti CS

Clariti CS corn is a mid-early simple hybrid with dent kernel type and high yield potential, reaching up to 16.2 tons per hectare. Plants reach a height of about 310 cm, with ear attachment at 140 cm. Ears are large, averaging 16 rows of kernels with 35 kernels per row, and 1000 kernel weight is 270 grams. The hybrid is characterized by high drought tolerance, lodging resistance, and resistance to various diseases, including common and downy mildew, stalk and ear fusarium, and helminthosporium. High starch content in the grain (about 59%) makes it especially valuable for grain and biomass production.

Clariti CS is recommended for cultivation in various climatic zones, including Polissia, Forest Steppe, and Steppe. The hybrid is well-adapted to moderate and moisture-deficient conditions, with optimal planting density ranging from 60 to 105 thousand plants per hectare depending on moisture level and soil type. Plants quickly shed water at the end of the vegetative period, facilitating harvest and reducing the risk of yield loss.

To ensure maximum productivity, fertilizers should be applied during the 3-5 leaf stage, using specialized microfertilizers, and weed control should be conducted using post-emergence herbicides containingnicosulfuron, 2,4-D, and florasulam. During this period, insecticides based on imidacloprid and lambda-cyhalothrin may also be applied for pest protection. The Clariti CS hybrid is suitable for direct seeding and exhibits high initial growth energy, promoting rapid development and resilience to adverse conditions.
