Hybrid corn seeds Clarica (FAO 310) from Pioneer are a mid-season, simple hybrid with rapid early growth and high yield potential reaching 8 tons per hectare. Plants of medium height (224-227 cm) have a well-developed root system and strong stalks, providing resistance to heat and drought, as well as tolerance to lodging. Clarica shows sufficient plasticity when grown under various soil-climatic conditions and positively responds to high fertility and irrigation. The vegetation period varies depending on the growing zone: in the steppe region it is approximately 108-118 days, in the forest-steppe region — 120-126 days. The sum of effective temperatures by the Ontario method to the appearance of black point (40% humidity) equals 1166°C. The optimal planting density under sufficient moisture conditions is 70-75 thousand plants per hectare, and in the zone of insufficient moisture — 60-65 thousand plants per hectare. The average yield of the Clarica hybrid in different zones of Ukraine is 86.3 c/ha in the forest-steppe region, 95.8 c/ha in the Polissia region, and 75.2 c/ha in the steppe region. Clarica seeds are available for wholesale and retail sale in Ukraine at competitive prices. They are suitable for cultivation in various soil-climatic zones and provide stable yields due to high drought and heat tolerance. The hybrid is recommended for farmers seeking high-quality, high-yield corn seed material with good adaptability and efficient resource utilization.
