Maize Austin

Stable yields with an optimal timeframe

The «Austin» corn hybrid from «Voskor-Agro» is the choice for farmers focused on high-quality grain production under moderate climate conditions. With a vegetative period of 100-110 days, this hybrid falls into the mid-early group, allowing for flexible harvest planning while avoiding peak pressure on machinery and staff.

Technical features and practical application

As a simple hybrid, «Austin» demonstrates high crop uniformity. This is a critical factor for grain production, as synchronous maturation simplifies combine settings and minimizes losses during threshing. Using this hybrid is justified in operations that aim to:

• Optimize logistics: quick field access allows for clearing areas for winter sowing without unnecessary rush.
• Achieve high moisture release: the hybrid is designed for efficient moisture loss by harvest time, reducing post-harvest grain drying costs.
• Ensure predictability: the simple genetic structure maintains stable characteristics even with minor variations in cultivation technology.

The grain-oriented focus makes «Austin» a reliable tool for forming commercial corn batches with excellent density and cob fill. Under field conditions, this hybrid shows impressive responsiveness to nitrogen fertilizer application, allowing farmers to effectively realize yield potential across various soil and climatic zones.
