Clover Ritm

The Backbone of Green Feed: Why Clover "Ritm" Stands Out

The meadow clover variety "Ritm," developed by the Williams FRC, is designed for farmers who prioritize consistency and crop longevity. In fluctuating climate conditions, maintaining nutrient density throughout the growing season is the primary challenge for fodder production. "Ritm" addresses this through its natural resistance to fungal pathogens, which is vital for preventing quality loss during humid periods.

Agronomic Profile and Practical Use

"Ritm" demonstrates excellent regrowth speed after mowing, ensuring it fits perfectly into an efficient green feed conveyor. Its primary applications include:

• Grazing: Thanks to its dense foliage and high-quality turf, the variety withstands intensive grazing while maintaining quick recovery rates.
• Fodder Production: The high protein concentration in the green mass makes it a top-tier choice for silage and haylage production, significantly improving livestock feed conversion.

The primary advantage of the "Ritm" variety is its phytosanitary reliability. While many clover varieties are prone to anthracnose or root rot in damp conditions, "Ritm" maintains its yield stability. This effectively reduces the need for frequent fungicide interventions and ensures a consistent dry matter yield per hectare.

Who is this for? It is an optimal solution for dairy farms that demand high energy density in their forage and reliable harvest logistics. The variety is remarkably plastic, showing consistent performance across various soil types, making it a reliable choice for professional agricultural operations.
