Clover Lishnyanska

Productive longevity for your forage strategy

The 'Lishnyansky' clover variety is an optimal choice for farms focused on high-protein forage production with long-term field stability. Developed by the IZTZR UAAN, this variety is characterized by a strong taproot system, allowing it to withstand drought conditions and tap into deeper soil moisture reserves where other grasses typically struggle.

Practical application scenarios

• Green Fodder Production: With yields ranging from 30 to 40 tons per hectare, 'Lishnyansky' serves as a cornerstone for green conveyor systems, providing nutritious livestock feed throughout the growing season.
• Hay Harvesting: For operations prioritizing winter reserves, this variety delivers consistent hay yields of 5–7 tons per hectare. It features rapid regrowth after cutting, allowing for multiple harvests under proper management.
• Soil Health Management: The deep taproot structure effectively aerates subsoil layers, acting as an excellent soil conditioner within crop rotation plans.

With a seeding rate of 10–12 kg per hectare, the variety establishes a dense, weed-suppressing stand. The white flowers are highly attractive to pollinators, providing an additional ecological benefit for integrated farming systems. 'Lishnyansky' is a reliable, field-tested variety for producers looking to secure their forage balance while improving the physical properties of their agricultural land.
