Petrovskaya Green-Seeded

The "Petrovskaya Green-Seeded" lentil variety is distinguished by high yield and resistance to drought, lodging, and diseases. The plant is self-pollinating, well-leafed, and reaches a height of about 45 cm; up to four inflorescences can develop on one inflorescence axis. The period from germination to technical maturity is 90‑100 days.

Seeds of this variety have a green color with a blue tint and a flat-round shape, which ensures good grain cookability. High protein content makes the lentil a valuable source of nutrients, and its environmentally friendly status is confirmed by cultivation on its own fields.
