Description
Autumn Celebration is a mid-season carrot variety with a growing period of 100 to 120 days. The roots have an elongated conical shape with a slight taper and a slightly pointed tip. Their length is about 17-20 cm, and their weight reaches 110-120 grams and above. The roots are richly orange, including the core, indicating high carotene content.
The carrot flesh is dense, juicy, and very sweet, with high dry matter and sugar content, ensuring excellent taste qualities. The variety is resistant to bolting and has stable high yields. Thanks to good marketable qualities, Autumn Celebration is suitable both for fresh consumption and for various types of processing.
The roots of this variety have good storage qualities and can retain their taste and marketable qualities during winter storage. This makes the Autumn Celebration carrot a versatile product that can be used in household and in food industry enterprises.
