Vitimo F1

Peking cabbage Vitimo F1 is an early hybrid developed by the Dutch company Hazera, distinguished by its high yield and adaptability to various growing conditions. The vegetation period is 50 to 65 days from seedling transplanting, enabling harvest during spring and autumn. Medium-sized plants with bright green upper leaves form compact heads weighing from 0.6 to 2 kilograms. The head’s outer color is light green, while the inner part has a delicate yellow hue with a very small core.

The Vitimo F1 hybrid exhibits high resistance to bolting, especially when grown in the first crop, and is also resistant to calcium deficiency and leaf diseases. Thanks to these qualities, the variety grows well both in open ground and under cover, making it versatile for various regions. Additionally, the crop demonstrates high adaptability to growing conditions and potassium deficiency.

Peking cabbage Vitimo F1 is intended for fresh consumption and has potential for medium to long-term storage, especially when grown in the autumn crop, when the harvest can retain its qualities for 4-5 months. The recommended planting density is 40-65 thousand plants per hectare, which promotes optimal development and maximum yield.
