VITURRI is a mid-season hybrid of broccoli of Dutch selection, intended for cultivation in both open and protected areas. The vegetative period varies depending on the season: in spring, maturation occurs within 65-80 days, and in autumn, within 75-90 days after transplanting seedlings. The plant forms large, dense snow-white heads weighing up to 2.5 kg, which are characterized by high market value and an attractive appearance, making them ideal for fresh market and industrial processing, including freezing.

The VITURRI hybrid boasts a powerful root system and well-developed vertical foliage, which effectively protects the heads from sunburn and helps maintain product quality even in extreme conditions. The plant is characterized by high stress tolerance, the absence of 'hairy' texture on the heads, and good self-heading ability, which facilitates harvest collection. Heads are easily separated into florets, which is convenient for processing and marketing.

Cultivating VITURRI ensures reliable harvest cycles, which are typically conducted in 2-3 stages, allowing for optimized harvesting and preservation of product quality. The sowing rate is 25-35 thousand plants per hectare. Thanks to its characteristics, the hybrid withstands transportation without losses, making it a profitable choice for commercial cultivation and market marketing.
