Gilton cabbage is an early-maturing variety with a vegetation period from sowing to harvest of 55-65 days. The plant is compact, forming light-green, barrel-shaped heads, well-covered and dense, with a weight of 1 to 1.6 kg. The inner structure of the head is loose, and the leaves are juicy and crisp, making this variety especially attractive for fresh consumption.
The Gilton variety is characterized by high resistance to bolting and wet rot, ensuring a stable yield and product quality.
