The Veronica F1 hybrid cabbage is a mid-season hybrid developed by the Dutch company Bejo Zaden. This variety is distinguished by its unique head shape resembling Romanesco cabbage, with dark green or yellow-green hues and cylindrical or pyramidal forms. The period from transplanting seedlings to harvest is 80-90 days, allowing cultivation both in open and protected ground. Seedlings are typically transplanted in April, while planting in open ground occurs in late May when air temperatures exceed 9 °C.

Veronica F1 exhibits high resistance to diseases such as fusarium and bacterial diseases, and can tolerate extreme weather conditions, including drought and high temperatures. The plant has a robust leaf mass and quickly recovers from stress, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. For high-quality and high-yield harvests, it is recommended to apply 2-3 fertilizations with phosphorus-potassium and nitrogen fertilizers, along with regular watering and soil loosening.

This cabbage hybrid is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, pickling, and canning. Thanks to its excellent market appearance and transportability, Veronica F1 is in demand on the market. It is not recommended to plant this variety after other cruciferous crops to reduce the risk of infectious diseases. The variety is suitable for cultivation in various regions and ensures a stable harvest during early spring and summer periods.
