Cabbage sprouts are recommended to be stored at a temperature of +15 to +25°C with relative humidity of 70-80%, the product shelf life is 5 days with the possibility of additional storage up to 12 days. The cabbage variety features uniform plant habitus and flat head shape, maturation period is 65-70 days. Leaves are thin with an attractive inner color, and fruit weight varies from 1.5 to 2 kg. Cabbage has good taste and high resistance to cracking, making it popular for fresh markets.
