White cabbage of the "Parus" variety belongs to mid-late varieties with a vegetative period from 130 to 155 days, depending on growing conditions. The plant forms a compact rosette of leaves with a high outer stalk, which allows for dense planting. Heads have an oval-flat shape, are dense, with an average mass of 2 to 3.9 kg, and have a medium-sized inner stalk. In cross-section, the cabbage is white, indicating high product quality.

The "Parus" variety is distinguished by high resistance to cracking and bacteriosis, as well as relative resistance to black leg, ensuring crop stability. The cabbage tolerates cold well, prefers light and moisture, is demanding on soil fertility and responds positively to fertilizer application. Growing is possible both by seedling method and by sowing seeds directly into the ground. Seedlings are planted 30-50 days after sowing, usually at the end of May, with mandatory watering.

This variety is intended for long-term storage and consumption fresh, as well as for pickling. The keepability of the cabbage after 6 months of storage is 75-85%, while sugar content in the heads increases, improving taste qualities. Yield reaches 6-8 kg per square meter with a head marketability of about 91%. The "Parus" cabbage is rich in vitamins C and K, promotes improved digestion, and is characterized by uniform head formation, making it attractive for growing and use in various culinary purposes.
