CUCUMBER TSXA 442

Cucumber TSXA 442 F1 is a medium-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid predominantly female-flowering, beginning fruiting on day 52-58 after emergence. This hybrid features moderate branching and high yield: by July 1, it reaches 26-31 kg per square meter, and during the first month of fruiting, it produces 3-4 kg per square meter. The cucumbers are 17-22 cm long, with white, complex, and sparse hairs, giving them an attractive appearance and high market quality.

TSXA 442 F1 is resistant to a number of diseases, including olive spot, ascochitosis, root rots, powdery mildew, and downy mildew, significantly simplifying care and enhancing crop stability. It is recommended for cultivation in protected ground, especially in winter greenhouses during the winter-spring cycle, enabling high-quality fruit production under unfavorable climatic conditions.

For optimal development and maintenance of parthenocarpy under early planting conditions with insufficient light, it is recommended to use a small number of bees (approximately 2 hives per hectare) for 3-4 weeks. This helps preserve the early harvest without compromising the market quality of the cucumbers. The recommended transplanting period is from January 15-20, allowing the hybrid to successfully adapt and grow in various regions.
