The 'Belosnezhka' cabbage variety is a late-maturing white cabbage variety of domestic selection, distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities. For successful cultivation, it is important to consider the growing period, which can range from 7 to 11 months, the regional climate, soil condition, and irrigation methods. Growing broccoli is possible both by direct sowing into the ground and through seedlings, which allows adapting the process to specific conditions and obtaining large, lush heads with tender flesh and a pleasant aftertaste.

Broccoli, belonging to the cauliflower species, is a valuable dietary product rich in proteins, vitamins, and fiber. 100 grams of broccoli contains about 150% of the daily norm of these nutrients, while the vegetable is low-calorie, being 90% water. Regular consumption of broccoli promotes health strengthening and may help in the prevention of serious diseases, including cancer.
