Kirillov) has resulted in a variety focused on flexibility in commercial production. “Vostochny Express” provides a versatile solution for the white cabbage segment, combining leaf and head characteristics suitable for both fresh market supply and industrial processing.

Morphological features and adaptability

The primary value of this hybrid lies in its ability to form heads in two distinct weight categories. Under standard agrotechnical conditions, the plant forms heads weighing 1.0–1.5 kg, which is the optimal standard for retail chains. When increasing the nutritional area, it is possible to reach 2.0–3.0 kg per head, which is highly advantageous for processing or pickling purposes.

• Head configuration: The rounded shape ensures a dense internal structure, minimizing mechanical damage during transport and handling.
• Biological protection: Genetic resistance to vascular bacteriosis is a critical factor in reducing pesticide application. This allows the leaf apparatus to remain healthy even in high-humidity environments, preventing the development of secondary infections.
