DEPERPL is a hybrid of medium-maturing cauliflower designed for cultivation in temperate climates. The vegetation period is 65-70 days from seedling planting, which allows harvesting at the end of summer or in early autumn. The cauliflower heads have a rich purple color, which is retained even after thermal processing, including blanching.
