SOLNYSHKO bean is an unusual yellow French haricot bean with a remarkable buttery aroma that imparts a special sophistication to gourmet dishes. This variety was created based on the ancient rice bean Soleil with the aim of increasing the size of the seeds, which are also used as dry grain, while maintaining the high quality of the thick bean pods. The elegant sun-yellow bean pods reach an optimal length of about 10 cm, which ensures their peak taste and an attractive appearance, especially when canned.

SOLNYSHKO bean plants are vertical, reaching heights of up to 50 cm and are adorned with numerous beans. Maturation begins approximately 60 days after emergence, and fruiting continues throughout the summer, allowing for a stable yield. The pods are small, extra-slim, round in cross-section, and contain no fibers, making them especially tender and pleasant to the taste. White bean seeds complement its versatility and appeal.

To preserve the rich golden color and delicate taste, the bean is recommended to be cooked by short steaming. Due to its taste qualities and aesthetic appeal, SOLNYSHKO bean is ideal for gourmet dishes and is popular on the discerning French market and in restaurants.
