CARAMEL

Caramel basil is a medium-sized plant, 40 to 60 cm tall, with large, dark purple leaves rich in essential oils and carotenoids. Its dark purple, pomegranate-red leaves not only give the plant a decorative appearance but also possess a strong, very aromatic scent with characteristic caramel notes, making this variety one of the most aromatic among basil varieties.
