It is recommended for cultivation in the Northern Forest-Steppe and Western Steppe zones, specifically on typical fertile and medium-humus chernozems of the Orenburg region. The average yield of the variety in the region is about 20.7 centners per hectare, confirming its adaptation to local soil and climatic conditions.

The Pervotselinnik variety is characterized by optimal morphological traits, such as stem height, spike length, and the ratio of stem length to spike length, which contribute to high productivity even under the arid climate of the Steppe of the Orenburg Fore-Urals.
