EROFEY

Barley spring variety Erofeiy is a medium-maturing grain fodder crop developed and approved for cultivation by the Far Eastern Research Institute of Agriculture. This variety is recommended for growing in the Amur region and other regions of the Far East, where it demonstrates an average yield of about 27.3 centners per hectare. The grain of this variety contains 9.8 to 10.4% protein, making it a valuable raw material for feed purposes.

Variety Erofeiy is characterized by moderate susceptibility to powdery scab, however, it is susceptible to diseases such as helminthosporiosis, root rots, and reticulate spotting, which requires a careful approach to plant protection.
