The mass of each fruit can reach up to 500 grams, which is a significant indicator for eggplants of this type.

The fruit flesh is dense, white, practically without bitterness, and has a minimal amount of seeds, making them especially tasty and versatile in cooking. The variety is excellent for preparing various dishes, including fried dishes and canning, thanks to its taste qualities and flesh structure.
