BLACK MOON — a mid-season eggplant hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground and under film coverings. The plant is of medium height, reaching 60-70 cm. Fruits are large, shortened pear-shaped, smooth, dark purple in color at maturity, weighing from 100 to 300 grams. The flesh is light green, tender, and without bitterness, making this variety particularly attractive for culinary use.
The hybrid is distinguished by high yield — up to 5.1 kg per square meter, as well as good fruit setting even at reduced temperatures. The fruiting period is long, which allows obtaining a stable yield throughout the season. Thanks to the dense skin and bright yellow seeds, the fruits withstand transport well and are suitable for storage.
