Knyaginya

Princess is an annual aster with a sprawling, highly branched bush up to 80 cm tall and 45–55 cm wide. The flower stalks are sturdy and long (35–40 cm), allowing for the formation of large inflorescences with a diameter of 10–15 cm. The bushes have a compact structure but are dense enough to create an effect of royal elegance.

The inflorescences of the 'Princess' aster have a pink (in some variants, yellow) color and a flat-spherical shape with a dense double coverage. Flowering begins at the end of August and continues until the first frost, making the plant valuable for both live flower beds and cutting for bouquets. The culture withstands short periods of cold well, but optimal growth is observed at temperatures not lower than +18 °C.

For planting, a depth of 0.5–1 cm and a distance of 20–30 cm between plants is recommended, allowing the bushes to develop without restrictions. The aster prefers sunny locations with fertile, light, and well-drained soil. Moderation in watering is especially important during dry periods; regular soil loosening promotes healthy growth. If necessary, the plants can be fed with complex mineral fertilizers rich in phosphorus and potassium to support intense flowering. Thanks to sturdy stems and frost resistance, the 'Princess' aster is a universal choice for flower beds, borders, rabatok, and decorative cutting.
