The Yubileynoye Kalininoy apple variety represents a medium-sized tree with high winter hardiness and resistance to scab, ensuring reliable fruiting and minimal losses from diseases. This variety is characterized by early fruiting, beginning to yield commercial harvests as early as the fifth year after planting, with a yield of about 25-26 kg per tree. The trees have medium growth vigor and withstand winter conditions well, making them suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones.

The fruits of the Yubileynoye Kalininoy variety have an oval, slightly ribbed shape and a small size — from 55 to 100 grams, averaging around 80 grams. The skin is smooth, shiny, and waxy, with a main light-yellow color and a red blush covering about half the fruit's surface with a striped pattern. The flesh is creamy, finely granular, dense, and medium-sweet, with a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste and aroma. The taste of the apples is determined by a balanced sugar content (about 11.10%) and acidity (about 0.60%), resulting in a high sensory evaluation score — from 4.4 to 4.7 points.

The fruit ripening period falls in the first decade of September, while the consumption period lasts until mid-December, allowing the harvest to be used for approximately three months. Apples are suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing, such as making delicious compotes. Due to their attractive appearance and good storability, the fruits retain their market appearance and taste qualities for a long time, making the variety popular among gardeners and consumers.
