The Hakassian Synapo apple is a Siberian selection variety, characterized by high frost hardiness and resistance to winter desiccation and bud bursting. The tree is of medium height with a pyramidal canopy of medium density, ensuring good ventilation and illumination. This variety is suitable for cultivation in cold regions where only semi-hardy varieties typically grow, and demonstrates high resistance to unfavorable climatic conditions.
The fruits of the Hakassian Synapo apple are large, cylindrical in shape, weighing about 130-150 grams, with a yellowish-white coloration and a red blush. The flesh is juicy, white, with a sweet-and-sour dessert flavor, possessing a pleasant aroma. Apples hold firmly on the tree and do not drop, which facilitates harvest collection. Marketable maturity occurs at the end of September – beginning of October, and fruits can be stored until the end of January, allowing for use during the winter period.
The variety is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 120 kg per tree, and good transportability. The apple tree prefers sunny places with fertile, drained soils and moderate watering. Early onset of fruiting, already in the second year after planting, makes this variety attractive to gardeners. Due to resistance to diseases and frosts, Hakassian Synapo is a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions.
