Mir

The 'Mir' apple variety is a winter type with high taste quality and excellent yield. Trees are medium-sized with round or spherical crowns, facilitating easy care and harvesting. The ML-969 rootstock promotes good plant development and resistance to adverse conditions.

Fruits of the 'Mir' variety are round, weighing 140–160 grams on average, though younger trees may bear larger fruits. They are juicy, sweet, and aromatic, making them attractive to consumers. Harvesting occurs during the third decade of September to early October, and the fruits are well-suited for transport and can be stored until spring or even summer, ensuring a long usage period.

The variety exhibits high winter hardiness and cold resistance, as well as resistance to scab and powdery mildew. Due to its strong resistance to fungal diseases, chemical treatments are minimized, enabling the production of ecologically clean fruit. The 'Mir' apple has been included in the State Register of Varieties and is a result of selection developed in Ukraine.
