The thousand-grain weight reaches 36.9 g, indicating high seed quality.

Studies conducted between 2019-2021 showed that the Olivin variety belongs to resistant forms of winter soft wheat to the pest — the red-breasted aphid (Oulema melanopus). This makes it promising for use in breeding programs aimed at increasing resistance to phytophages.
