BOYARKA

Soft winter wheat BOYARKA® is a medium-maturing grain wheat variety intended for cultivation in various soil and climate conditions. The plant is characterized by medium height ranging from 71 to 87 cm, a short stem of medium thickness, and a pyramidal ear of medium length and loose structure. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 41 to 50 grams, indicating good grain quality. The variety belongs to the erythrospermum type and has colored grains, which affects its technological properties.

BOYARKA® is distinguished by high winter hardiness and drought resistance, ensuring a stable yield even in complex climatic conditions. The plant is resistant to lodging and shows moderate resistance to diseases such as stem rust, powdery mildew, and septoria. The vegetation period ranges from 278 to 315 days, allowing the use of the variety in regions with a temperate climate, including the Ryazan and Smolensk regions.

The average yield of the variety in the region reaches 48 centners per hectare, while maximum yield figures of up to 92.5 c/ha were recorded in the Tul region. The grain of BOYARKA® possesses baking qualities at the filler level, making it in demand for the production of high-quality flour and bakery products. Thanks to its characteristics, the variety is widely used in agriculture to obtain a stable and quality yield.
