Strike watermelon fruits have a round-oval shape and reach a mass of 10 to 12 kilograms or more. The rind is of medium thickness, bright lime-green in color with dark green stripes, giving them an attractive appearance. The flesh is bright red or pink, juicy, tender, medium density, without cavities, with a dry soluble solids content of about 12-13%. The taste of the fruits is evaluated as good and excellent, sweet and juicy, making them in demand among consumers.

Watermelons maintain their commercial quality for 20-30 days after harvest, possess excellent transportability properties.
