The NASTIK watermelon variety is a mid-early sprawling cultivar with good vegetative mass, maturing within 68-74 days. The fruits of this variety have a spherical shape and are distinguished by an unusual coloring: light-green and green rind with venation. The average weight of watermelons is 7-10 kg, although specimens weighing over 15 kg are encountered, which makes this variety particularly attractive for cultivation.

The flesh of the NASTIK watermelon is pink, very tender, juicy, and melting in the mouth, which ensures high taste qualities of the fruits. The variety is distinguished by high yield, reaching 60-70 tons per hectare with irrigation, which confirms its fertility and effectiveness from an agronomic point of view.

In addition, the variety possesses resistance to weakly virulent races of anthracnose and tolerance to powdery mildew, which significantly facilitates plant care and reduces the risk of yield loss. The origin of the variety is associated with Russian breeding, with the author being Artem Sokolov. All these characteristics make NASTIK a reliable and productive choice for growing watermelons.
