The Erofei watermelon variety is a mid-season variety with juicy and sugary flesh, possessing a bright taste. The plant is vining with a long main tendril, large gray-green dissected and wrinkled leaves. Fruits are round in shape with a green background without stripes, weighing from 5 to 6 kg and having an average rind thickness. The flesh is dark red, very sweet and juicy, and the seeds are medium-sized brown with a pattern resembling dots and spots.
