Edem watermelon F1 is a super-early hybrid with a maturation period of 55-60 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The plant is semi-vining with a wide-lobed, deeply divided leaf blade, adapted for growing both in open ground and under protective coverings. This hybrid boasts high yields, reaching 30-35 tons per hectare, making it an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers.

Edem watermelon fruits have a round shape and a weight ranging from 5 to 10 kg. Their light green coloration with dark green stripes gives them an attractive appearance and high marketability. The flesh is a deep red color, very juicy, tender, and sugary, containing up to 13% dry matter and 9-10% total sugar. Thanks to its bright watermelon aroma and exquisite taste, this variety stands out among other hybrids.

A distinctive feature of the Edem watermelon is its complex resistance to diseases such as fusarium and anthracnose, ensuring stable ripening and minimizing losses during cultivation.
