Zucchini POVARENOK

The 'Povarenok' zucchini variety is an early-maturing and high-yield type with a maturation period ranging from 39 to 43 days. The bushes of this variety are large and powerful yet compact, with a relatively short stem. The fruits have a round shape and a light green color, giving them an attractive appearance reminiscent of small immature pumpkins. The fruit weight varies from 0.7 to 1.9 kg, and the surface is slightly ribbed. The flesh is white, juicy, and tender, with a small amount of formed seeds, while the thin skin makes the zucchinis particularly convenient for various cooking methods.

The 'Povarenok' variety is excellent for growing in open ground, both via seedling transplanting and direct sowing. It responds well to the application of organic fertilizers and regular watering, which contributes to increased yield. Up to 20 fruits can be harvested from one bush, and from one square meter – from 6.5 to 10 kg of crop. Thanks to early maturation dates and good yield, this variety is popular among gardeners.

The culinary possibilities of the 'Povarenok' zucchini are diverse. Young fruits with thin skin are ideal for pickling slices, roasting, and frying. Thanks to their round shape, zucchinis can be used for stuffing with meat or vegetables, creating original edible 'pots with lids'. The variety is universal and suitable for all types of processing, including freezing, which makes it convenient for storage and use in various dishes.
