Fruits of the Ekinoks watermelon have oval-round shape and dark green rind with characteristic stripes. Average fruit weight ranges from 9 to 12 kilograms, indicating high marketability and yield. Flesh is deep-red, crisp, juicy, and very sweet with sugar content up to 13 °Bx. Seeds are small and few, enhancing consumption convenience.
