Melitopol Early Cherry — a high-yielding early-ripening variety developed in Ukraine by specialists of the Melitopol Experimental Station of Horticulture named after M.F. Sidorenko. Trees of this variety are vigorous, reaching heights of 4.5 to 6 meters, with spherical, dense, and slightly raised crowns. They grow well on all rootstocks and exhibit high cold resistance. Fruit production begins in the 4th year after planting, with fruits forming on cluster branches and one-year-old shoots. Recommended planting scheme — 4.5 x 4.5 meters. The variety is self-sterile, so for good yields, pollinators such as 'Valeriy Chkalov', 'Rubinovaya Rannaya', and 'Bigaro Burlat' are required.
