NK 35 – a high-yield oyster mushroom strain with a fleshy, medium-sized cap. The diameter typically varies from 6 to 12 cm, with a round and dense shape. The cap color ranges from light gray to gray-brown depending on lighting and temperature: the shade darkens under brighter light.
Fruiting begins 16–18 days after inoculation, followed by a uniform harvest period of 18–28 days. Yield reaches up to 5 kg per brick measuring 30 × 65 cm. The mushrooms have a pleasant mushroom aroma and good shelf life, allowing them to withstand transportation well.
NK 35 can be used fresh, as well as for canning and drying without loss of quality. The strain requires careful control of air composition for optimal growth, but under proper conditions, it ensures stable and high yield.
