FUNGISEM K 15

Fungisem K 15 are tasty and aromatic mushrooms that can be consumed fresh or frozen, as well as used in industrial processing.

The caps are round, slightly convex, gray-brown in color, with a diameter of 6–13 cm. The flesh is thin and delicate, while the large and dense clusters make the mushrooms particularly juicy. The taste is distinctive, with a rich aroma – ideal for salads, side dishes, or as an additive to meals.

The mushrooms grow quickly: the first wave of fruiting bodies appears 25 days after planting, and the rest period between waves is only 14 days. They are well-preserved and resistant to Trichoderma fungi, and can withstand low air humidity.
