SANTANA ER 461

Santana ER 461 is a reliable mushroom for home and commercial cultivation. The cap is light gray with a smooth velvety surface, while the stem is white and cylindrical – it looks neat and attractive.

The mushroom grows easily on any substrate: sterile or non-sterile (do not overmoisten). It quickly adapts to the material, yielding high harvests – up to 25% of the substrate mass over two waves. The flesh is tender and elastic, with a mild mushroom aroma, suitable for fresh consumption as well as freezing or industrial processing.
