Vegetable Pea EMERALD SPARKLE

EMERALD SPARKLE is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety of vegetable pea, intended for pod peas and green peas. The first harvest can be collected as early as 47-52 days after germination. The plants are compact, reaching a height of 50-60 cm, and possess lodging resistance, which facilitates care and harvest collection.

The pods of this variety feature juicy and sweet pods that lack a pithy layer, making them particularly pleasant to eat. Young pod peas can be used whole for consumption. In fresh form, they are a traditional summer delicacy, and after light culinary processing, they are excellent for preparing salads, soups, and side dishes.

The variety withstands temperature fluctuations well, making it universal for various climatic conditions. Thanks to the compact size of the plants, EMERALD SPARKLE is ideal for growing in balcony boxes and low containers. The yield is 1.3-1.5 kg per square meter, which ensures a good harvest in limited space.
