Tulip Pako

Why «Pako» is a Professional Choice in the Triumph Class

The «Pako» tulip is a standout performer in the Triumph class, blending visual impact with remarkable hardiness. Its key strength lies in its low growth habit, which eliminates the common issue of lodging (stem bending) often seen in taller varieties. This makes it an ideal candidate for container gardening, front-border landscaping, and high-wind areas.

Disease Resistance as a Competitive Edge

The primary hurdle in tulip cultivation is the susceptibility to fungal infections, namely anthracnose and fusarium wilt. «Pako» offers superior genetic resistance to these pathogens, which can otherwise devastate up to a third of a crop. By selecting this variety, growers significantly reduce the need for aggressive fungicide protocols, making it a more predictable and economically viable choice.
