Tulip Maya

The Distinction of Fringed Tulips

The 'Maja' tulip (Maja) stands out in the landscape as a premium member of the fringed class. Historically favored for its vivid aesthetic and reliable performance, this late-blooming variety has become a staple for professional growers looking to add a dramatic, sunshine-yellow element to spring garden compositions.

Agronomic Reliability

Beyond its visual appeal, 'Maja' is noted for its robustness. Unlike more delicate hybrids, it exhibits significant natural resistance to common bulb diseases, including Fusarium and various root rots. This durability makes it a practical choice for both public park installations and private gardens where maintenance efficiency is valued alongside beauty.
