Tulip Anastasia

Reliable Tulip Production: Why «Anastasia» Works for Professionals

The «Anastasia» tulip, belonging to the Triumph class, is a strategic choice for commercial growers aiming for high-quality cut flowers. This late-flowering variety is distinguished by its impressive genetic resistance to major fungal threats, including Alternaria, Anthracnose, Macrosporium, and Phytophthora. For an agronomist, this translates into lower fungicide requirements and a significant reduction in post-harvest losses.

Practical Applications and Cultivation Strategy

With its tall, sturdy stems and elegant pink blooms, this variety is highly sought after in the late spring market. Effective management of this variety involves:

• Optimized Scheduling: As a late-flowering variety, it allows growers to capture the market segment after the early-season rush, extending your sales window.
• Ease of Maintenance: The variety’s natural disease resistance simplifies the crop protection program, making it a sustainable choice for greenhouse operations.
• Versatility: «Anastasia» performs exceptionally well in both soil-based and hydroponic forcing systems, ensuring high output of premium-grade bulbs.

Choosing «Anastasia» means prioritizing operational efficiency. Its durability ensures that the flowers withstand transport, which is critical for large-scale distribution. By reducing the risks associated with fungal infections, this variety provides a stable foundation for a profitable floral business, ensuring a consistent supply of healthy, high-demand blooms.
